Chattanooga Ghost Tours 10th Anniversary & Grand ReOpening Party!

Alas, Poor Yorick

Yorick is only one of many awesome things that await inside shop!

We’re celebrating our 10th Anniversary with a Grand (Re)Opening party Sat June 10 at our new location with Quest2Escape! Building address 432 Market St, and our entrance (no stairs required) is in back at 57 E. Fifth St.  The party opens to the general public at 5:00 pm, though guests are welcome to drop by anytime between noon and 7 pm that day to buy tour tickets (though these are not required to attend the party). We’ll have free food and drink, Quest2Escape is offering $5 mini-escape games, and to celebrate our 10th, we are offering a tour ticket for ANY night for just $10.00 to any guest who comes to the shop that day to make the reservation, a savings of over 40%!

At 5:30 we’ll be offering our amazing new Murder & Mayhem Haunted History route,  with more scenic stops, an additional inside visit in one of the most haunted locations we have ever investigated, a round-trip route that starts and ends at our shop, and even a bathroom break! (We are also doing a sneak preview Friday night at 8:30, for those who want to check it out at night.) As this is the first Saturday of Riverbend, this time should allow guests to actually find cheap street parking easily accessible to both the tour and Riverbend, indulge in the afternoon’s celebration activities, grab dinner, and afterwards walk over to enjoy the music festival. Cheap (or after 6 & Sundays, free) parking is available on Cherry, E Fifth, Market, and nearby Walnut Streets.

We want to thank our friends and community for their ten years of support, so we have put a lot of time into creating a shop that will be an attraction in itself. We are so grateful to have the best fans in the world! The  new shop has a “haunted steampunk” theme, a full gift shop, and snacks and cold drinks. Thanks in part to the gift card awarded by SCORE and Sam’s Club for our  selection as 1 of only 2 Tennessee winners of The 2017 American Small Business Championship, we have been able to create something amazing, and we hope you’ll enjoy the surprises we’ve added there as much as we have! We look forward to seeing you then.

  • Do YOU Believe in Ghosts? & Othe... One of the most common questions we are asked is whether WE believe in ghosts. I can’t speak for my guides (although I can tell you that, like many guests, some who started as non-believers converted pretty quickly), but as for ME, the answer is a resounding YES. That was not always the case. I [...]
  • Photos Continue At Most Active Site A... Our most active site continues to be a source for amazing pics. Alexis G caught this floating girl  image in the leftmost door in August of 2020. You can clearly see the photographer and her companion in the window to the left of the door, and it clearly is not either of them, nor is [...]
  • UTC Cemetery Hunt Continues to Be Act... We have had a ghostly figure appear near the trees on the Third Street side of Citizens Cemetery (which adjoins the Confederate Cemetery) on more than one occasion. Generally people think it seems to be a soldier. He reappeared for Joshua R on our hunt on July 11, 2o2o. Multiple people assured us there was [...]
  • Bride & Groom Ghosts Appear Arou... June 2019 we had multiple guests on different tours get photos of bride and groom couples at the sanitarium. (These two were indeed taken on different tours.) Why in the world would they be showing up there? Many of you know that this is one of the most active spots on our tour for ghost [...]
  • Erin C Captures Ghostly Doctor Walkin... We were super excited in April 2019 when Erin C sent us a series of three rapid sequence pictures of a ghostly doctor in the asylum! A ghost in a lab coat walked through the old sanitarium /asylum while she was on our tour, though she did not know what she had captured on film [...]
